From the writer's room to the recording studio — from costume and character development to the stage and screen.

A voice shaped by lineage.

Boma is a West African folk singer, actor, writer and griot whose work bridges traditional storytelling with contemporary performance for film, television, theatre and live audiences.

Her artistic path was shaped by teachers and collaborators including Prof. Laz Ekwueme, Prof. Bode Osanyin and Dr. Alhaja Browne, with previous work alongside celebrated Nigerian theatre voices such as Prof. Femi Osofisan, Jide Ogungbade, Ben Tomoloju and Prof. Ojo Razak Bakare.

Now based in the United States, she carries forward a heritage of oral tradition, music and story — bringing cultural specificity, emotional truth and lived context to every creative room she enters. Her screen and music experience includes work connected to Bob Hearts Abishola and a Hans Zimmer project.
